About the role

We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist who is excited to grow and build structure in fast-moving environments at a scaling company. This is a true generalist role — you’ll partner across the business on everything from employee lifecycle support and compliance to process improvement and global expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational HR experience and is ready to expand beyond tactical execution into more strategic, systems-level thinking. You’ll help build, refine, and scale our people processes, with exposure to international employment practices.

What you'll do

  • Own and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across multiple geographies
  • Partner with managers to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience
  • Partner with the Talent team and hiring managers to support hiring needs
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and documentation
  • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination (U.S. and international)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate People processes
  • Help transition tactical workflows into scalable, documented systems
  • Contribute to development of global frameworks (performance management, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, etc.)
  • Support audits, reporting, and people analytics
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and manager guidance
  • Support employee relations matters in partnership with leadership
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations (UK, Canada, France experience preferred)
  • Support global leave programs, policy updates, and documentation
  • Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders on country-specific requirements
  • Help standardize global policies while accounting for local nuances

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience
  • Experience in a true generalist capacity (not limited to recruiting or benefits only)
  • Exposure to international HR practices — UK, Canada, or France strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a scaling or high-growth environment
  • Comfort balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Clear communicator who can influence and partner across levels the experience and attributes of the ideal candidate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience helping build or refine global people programs
  • Prior experience supporting multi-country payroll or benefits
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
